Lindor Posted August 17, 2023 Posted August 17, 2023 (edited) Hello, I have the user with id=2330 who bought a monthly subscription and then upgraded to an annual subscription. Now his annual subscription has expired and he has no active subscription, instead the main group assignment has changed from annual to monthly. So the user has access to the paid content and he hasn't an active subscription. It is a serious flaw in the management of permissions and accesses since it changes the group to the previous state without taking into account that the previous subscription is no longer active. Now this user only can renew to the annual subscription, haven't the monthly subcription option to change it. Can you check it and fix it in future updates? Thanks a lot.
