different language categories

Hi, I have a question here, my site have the language switch feature and is it possible we can based on the current language we select and show the specific forum categories ?

or is it we can based on different country ip to show different forum topic ?

I was sure that I saw such mod. And here you are the result:

- file isn't available for purchase,

- file author wasn't here a long time. Not sure if he is back or something (read more).
