I have a problem with registration, people just get an error message when they try to register, luckily someone I know spotted this for me.

Which PHP version you have?

Please check this with all 3rd party items disabled also

I have php version 8.0.28

I'll disable the 3rd part plugins/apps tonight see if that helps

Hello again,

• I have stopped all 3rd part apps/plugins and the problem persisted
• I then cleared the cache, the problem was still there
• I think changed my PHP version to 8.2.5 and the issue remains

In doing this, did you switch to an unmodified theme as well?

Yes, I tried it on an unmodified theme too. 

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

I'm afraid, that there is no ETA at this time. Our team is still working on the issue. You can monitor our Release Notes for when this is included in the software.

What was the latest change done to the forum before this happening? Regarding the third party apps/plugins, did any of them add/modify/edit the registration?
