Forum issues

We are experiencing issues with the Great War Forum as users and admin are not able to post content and Admin users are unable to access AdminCP.

Posting here as I am struggling to establish how to raise a ticket for support.

A fellow Admin has now been able to raise a ticket so this can be ignored.
