We figured limiting ourself to 100% was just amateur, and we wanted to be better than that. 😄 

Seriously though, your site appears to be in the middle of an upgrade at present, so cant look at that for you. Please try running manually to see if it completes, and if not, please let us know.

My site is in the middle of nothing and is available.

You would then need to revert back to prior to starting that upgrade. The files are there, but the upgrader hasnt been run. Its likely this that is causing you issues
