Events not showing up when input

Updates all done.  Prior to that I could just go on and make and event and it would pop up on the home page of our group.  This time is the first time I have tried it in some months and now it isn't working.  Any ideas?

I would need an example in order to take a look at this for you. Looking at your site currently, I am seeing items showing up in the upcoming events section
