EOL: eCommerce Support - How export data ?

I took note that you are going to remove the support module in the eCommerce, how can I export all messages in text format with IP and mail?

There is no way in which to do this at the present time, unfortunately. Note that this is a deprecation notice only at present. It will be quite some time before its actually removed

Understandable, and we will be trying to facilitate to some degree on what to do with support systems. However please bear in mind, this is a long time away yet

I prefer to anticipate before I lose everything. But it's a shame to lose this internal communication system.
