I have users trying to edit uploaded files to my site.  They are getting the following

I have checked the Content Editing settings.  This is set to unlimited.


Is there another setting that I am missing for editing File info?

This also happens when there was an issue loading the content.

Please review your system log ( ACP => System => Get Support )
