PBarton Posted February 12, 2023 Author Posted February 12, 2023 The confusion at first is that it didn't appear to be doing anything. So I wasn't sure I had actually set the process in motion. After I complained here, it appeared to be doing something and I basically let it run it's course.
Richard Arch Posted February 12, 2023 Posted February 12, 2023 Yes, we all get caught the first time as there is no immediate indication of something happening. If you refresh the page you can see the count incrementing. We have had people panic and end up sending the mail a second time.
