After a number of years of being offline, we recently brought our message board back from the dead. Some of our users/members couldn't remember their old logins and just re-registered as new members. Is there a way to merge an old member account with the new user/member account?

Me too, I seem to be having the same or similar problem. Click on Event Calendar, using the event search at the top, look for an event/happening within a specific time frame (using common terms/tags, used in most of our events) returns nothing. -

Alright, here's another silly question - I assume the answer is right in front of me, but I'm not seeing it. I remember in previous versions of the ACP being able to see who has logged in. Right now I can view Admin Logs and Moderator Logs - are there User Logs?

We just updated to 4.7.8 today and my subforums are no longer hidden. Neither of the options posted in this thread seem to work now. Any suggestions on how NOT to display subforums on the front/main Index page in Grid mode?

Ok great, found notifications. Can you give me an example of how I would setup notifications to email Admin when a new user registers?

Previously, my message board would email the "Administrator" when a "New User" registered and was waiting in the queue to be "Approved". I'm not getting those email now and can't find where to set it up. Thanks,

Ok, I found it. ACP -> Members -> Member Settings -> Profiles then select the "Profile Settings" tab. "Display Settings" is at the bottom. When a member clicks an item link >Take me to comments I haven't read >Take me to the latest comment >Take me to the beginning Thanks

Maybe if it were a snake, it would bite me. But I must be missing something, I'm not seeing any options. If I enter " Content View Behavior" into search, nothing come up.

Hmm, we haven't upgraded to 4.7.7 yet - our programmer plans to upgrade us at the end of the month. I don't have these options available to me.

My Users are complaining that every time they enter a given Topic, they're automatically pushed to view the very first Post of that Topic even if they've previously read it. Is there an option to that allows Users to visit the Most Recent Unread Post First?

Alright I've found options in, System/Posting/Links & Email Addresses/ My choices appear to be, *Allow all email addresses *Hold the content for moderator approval *Replace the email address with alternative text Since I don't want to Allow All, I've selected Hold the content and that seems to be working. Is there a way to just turn it on for messages?

Is there a menu option that allows users to share email/contact information in direct messages? Currently if someone tries to share an email address, the board software blocks and mangles the display. That's fine for the public front end, but it also does it for private messages. Is there a way to allow email addresses to display in private messages?

The confusion at first is that it didn't appear to be doing anything. So I wasn't sure I had actually set the process in motion. After I complained here, it appeared to be doing something and I basically let it run it's course.

Well it looked pretty straight forward or at least I thought it did...I haven't a clue if it worked. Is there any documentation on this? Never mind, it's working.

After uploading a new logo, I remember being able to adjust the header size to accommodate the new logo graphic. I just uploaded another graphic and for the life of me can't find that setting. Changing the "Logo Height" to "100%" does not remedy this.

Null TypeError when accessing certain Gallery images

I've since paid one of the IPC 3rd Party Support Developers, teraByte to bring back/restore the board from scratch. Everything works great now, except I found one gallery that gives me the same error when selected through "Featured Images" - no matter if the board theme is modified or unmodified.

@TAMAN Pardon my ignorance and stupidity, but I can't seem to get your plugin to display images. I've seen the question asked elsewhere in this thread, but I don't understand what the solution is.
