Change Test Install URL - Prod URL Remains Same

Similar to the following topic, I need my test url changed. My production url remains the same and therefore I cannot change it on my own:

Can someone at IPB please reset my test url?

This can usually only be reset as part of the main URL reset. You should use a URL you will use going forward for testing. Many tend to use a subdomain for this purpose, so it can be pointed to whatever server needed for testing.
