I have auto pay (license) but ACP popup is asking me if I want to renew the license? Confusing

First: Why system does not know i have auto renew is on???? That will eliminate the popup question...

Second: The popup is not giving me option to avoid the pop up or there is no check box to let system know i have auto renew....

after I closed the popup and system asked me why I do not want to renew - I am really confused right now....

Looks like auto renew renewed my license this morning....

But ACP (info) popup should be a little clearer or have option to disable without extra question or a checkbox to disable if the person set auto renew....
