We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

You could try deleting the contents of your datastore folder. Maybe check what the full error is in your uploads/logs folder too. The other thing you could do, if our record are correct, is upload a fresh set of files and upgrade to the latest release. 

Other than that, we would need access to advise further.
