Error upgrading

When going to the upgrade page this is all I get:

This has been resolved in the latest release. Please upload a fresh set of files from your client area, then visit /admin/upgrade again

Hi, what do you mean by upload? I can only "Download Invision Community"

You would download it from our servers, then upload it to yours
