Dark Default Theme

I would like to ask if there is a Dark Default Theme in the making?

And I would like to ask if there is a possibility of having the old classic IPB theme of version 2 , yeah sounds so much old and not possible , but is it?

Maybe a theme that adhered to the device night mode like Windows and Android do for apps and webpages?
