Give achievements badge without "when" condition trigger.

Hello!

I have the following achievement rule set up:

I would like it if all users who have been registered for 5 years to have this badge immediately; not only if they sign in to the Forum. Is this possible? Furthermore, is it possible to have the "Earned" field be accurate to when their 5th year registered was?

I'm fine with doing some janky stuff to get it to work if necessary!

There would be no other way in which to do this unfortunately. There has to be something which the user does to trigger the action

This would be your only option at present
