Prevent an users group to post links

Hello,

Context: fresh registered users spam my forum posting their links.

Suggested feature: add a permission for each group to post messages with links or not.

Solution: new users are automatically assigned to a special group until they reach a certain reputation. This special group does not have the permission to post links.

This resource will extend the links moderation to add new criterias:

• Number of content items
• Number of days as member
• Groups

Example: So you can moderate all links from the group NEW MEMBERS that has less than 30 days as a registered user in your board and a minimum of 5 posts.
