Marc Posted March 23, 2022 Posted March 23, 2022 We are unable to assist with 3rd party custom themes unfortunately. You would need to contact the author of that theme for assistance.

Solution Marc Posted March 23, 2022 Solution Posted March 23, 2022 I have switched away from template caching that you had switched on, as that is what was causing you problems. Your server is actually showing service unavailable frequently, which is likely why template caching is having issues. Unless you have good reason to have that switched on, I would leave that switched off

I turned it off when troubleshooting, but the error persisted. Now the problem doesn't seem to be there anymore. Anyway, it works again and I thank you very much.
