Hi, 

by using my own theme (name: TH) my user get this Error:

But th is also the name of the directory of my Forum.

I have cleared the system cache.

When is use the standard theme, everything works. 

I have done all updates.

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

I have switched away from template caching that you had switched on, as that is what was causing you problems. Your server is actually showing service unavailable frequently, which is likely why template caching is having issues. Unless you have good reason to have that switched on, I would leave that switched off

Hi marc,

i dont know why template caching was switched on. That was already the case when I took over the forum. 

 

I turned it off when troubleshooting, but the error persisted. Now the problem doesn't seem to be there anymore. Anyway, it works again and I thank you very much.
