Is there an easy way to ad a tagline in header?

I would like to have the tagline:  Green, smart, fair and global. centered in the area in red 

Help appreciated.

Therw would be no way in which to simply add it there in the default software without theme modification. To be honest, given It's the logo area, you would be best to add it to your logo and have a longer banner.
