MaxMind MiniFraud Setup

I'm trying to setup max mind minifraud. I already have payment methods setup. When I put in the license key and save, it says "PERMISSION_REQUIRED". I tried to find the documentation but it's not there.

It sounds like permission is required from maxmind there. Have you checked their documentation on how to set up your key?
