Reset URL

Hi, I am trying to reset the URL for my forum, whenever I get the email to confirm that this is what I want to do, it just sends me back to the client area and I can't purchase the $15 url change

You still appear to have a site at your current URL. So you would not be able to reset it until you removed that installation
