Some automated badge rules are not working since update

Hi,

We've had a number of users report that they are not receiving automated badges based on their activity. For example, users are set to receive a badge when they gain their first follower and for whatever reason, that automated rule is not being triggered. Nothing has been changed in our admin backend and everything about the rule and badge looks completely fine. Is this a known issue?
