You'll have to contact the 3rd party developer / designer and discuss it with him. If he agrees, he'll reach out to us to initialise the refund.

What happens if the author / developer doesnt reply ?

The answer to that question is that you could contact us provided you have left reasonable time for them to respond. This is not to say we would refund on that basis. It would depend on the scenario

Thanks - Whats reasonable time ? 7 days ? month ?

Not as answer to last posts here, but I did already received the refund yesterday. Thanks @TAMAN and I truly appreciate your work in the marketplace and your support in my particular case.

This would depend. If someone states they are away for a week, then clearly 3 days would not be reasonable. If someone disappears entirely and you don't get any response for a week, obviously that is unreasonable. However if you put in a request on 23rd December, and haven't received a response by 4th Jan, that's entirely reasonable, as its Christmas. In addition to that, if its something that may take some looking into, that may take more time than someone just asking if something is possible.

In short, there is no simple answer to your question.
