This would usually be an indication you have not updated all applications.

First of all, go to System>Site Features>Applications and check the application is not simply disabled. If it shows it's a different version, then you need to upgrade it. Go to /admin/upgrade and log in there to see if there are any upgrades waiting. If not you need to upload a fresh set of files from your client area, then visit /admin/upgrade and log in again

Once you have upgraded the applications, you may find you need to enable them again from System>Site Features>Applications
