after server move error 500

good day

i changed my root server and transferred the data from cpanel to plesk all the pages just don't work your forum software and shows me the error 500 do I have to adjust patch data somewhere or something?

I would suggest first of all ensuring you check the minimum requirements using the file here. Its likely you are missing something

When visiting the page on your site there, it actually states "server_off"

No problem. If its not completed moving however, that is likely what is causing you issues

What was the issue in the end? Always handy to know in case others have the same problem

The problem resolved itself, so to speak. As soon as everything in the hosting was set again, it worked again. For me it was because of the https certificate what I still had to set up so that the paths could be recognized by the forum again.
