Import Users Email Template

Invision Community v4.6.5.1

Cant seem to find the template under /admin/?app=core&module=customization&controller=emails

any idear where I can locate this? Currently the template looks like this

This would indeed be under Customizatino->Appearance->Emails . The over all look would be "Email Wrapper". You would be best to take a look at the following guide which explains how emails are built up within the system.
