Can't enable blogs

Hi can someone please help me, I can't seem to turn blogs "on" for the site (4.6).

When I click blogs in the menu it takes me to the page, but there is no option for starting a new blog, even as the administrator.

Any help is appreciated.

In your Admin CP > Members > Groups, edit each group and under the Blogs tab, make sure the options are enabled.

Thanks, that worked. For some reason, blogs + gallery permissions were all turned off by default and I couldn't find where to enable them.
