Posted February 11, 20214 yr Hi mates, when "Post Before Registering" is enabled, is it possble to see Users who registered that way? We enabled the feature quite a while ago, but I can't see how many registered through it. I checked the user activity log on specific users and the statistics in general... Thanks, Thomas
March 1, 20214 yr Author Hi, is there no sign or marker to identify those who used the post before registering function? I anticipated that in the ACP at Statistics or the member's information at "All Recent Account Activity"... Regards, Thomas Edited March 1, 20214 yr by Thomas P
March 1, 20214 yr I don't think there is a separate stat for that. But I can tell you that when we first enabled it our registrations more than doubled. From around 50-70 a week to around 150+ *the second jump was after we've enabled Facebook+Google login. Edited March 4, 20214 yr by Pavel Chernitsky

March 1, 20214 yr We have a very tight anti spam defense. Almost all the new registrations are legit. Out of 46 people who registered today, two were flagged in one way or another, and maybe one or two others have a slightly iffy email address.
March 2, 20214 yr But don't forget all those mail bounces the robots produce. Although they won't be active the system sends an activation mail which bounces in most of the cases. This is negative for our spam score. So often I suggested some kind of stats to get an overview of those robot registration tries. It would also be interesting to see how many people write a good first post but don't get through the last activation step. With that information I can optimzie my customer journey and provide additional information for the user. IPS, please make the post before register posts visible to admins in the acp!
