Background on Record Feed Block - White only one block

Not sure if I am crazy or not.  I created a Record Feed block in the back end.  I am certain it had a white background, then it didn't....

I created a Record feed block in the front end... and there it is white background. 

Still don't know if I am crazy or not......;)

Left is the front end one,  right is the back end Custom Block.
