Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
iacas Posted January 6, 2021 Posted January 6, 2021 I'm sure I'm overlooking something dumb, but I have two IPS servers and on one, all the cached templates are in /datastore. On the other, some are in datastore, but some are in /uploads. I don't know where the setting is to change this. -rw-rw-rw- 1 admin psacln 114331 Jan 5 20:10 template_0_46b82e53682bf97617c36aa125473bea_global.php -rw-rw-rw- 1 admin psacln 407038 Jan 5 20:10 template_0_94a9d7649fb9cdbfc784d3516e61a717_global.php -rw-rw-rw- 1 admin psacln 244393 Jan 5 20:10 template_0_c8c276c9a99811c050a8036df5d2db06_forms.php -rw-rw-rw- 1 admin psacln 133230 Jan 5 20:07 template_3_05babf262d9c3036d4373dfb8d233fa3_store.php -rw-rw-rw- 1 admin psacln 114331 Jan 5 20:07 template_3_46b82e53682bf97617c36aa125473bea_global.php -rw-rw-rw- 1 admin psacln 407038 Jan 5 20:07 template_3_94a9d7649fb9cdbfc784d3516e61a717_global.php I looked here as well, but unfortunately looking for "datastore" and "uploads" and "templates" doesn't yield anything promising. Why are some files (few, but it was over 300 earlier today, including many older ones) in /uploads?
iacas Posted January 6, 2021 Author Posted January 6, 2021 Well, I figured there was a chance that would happen. So, I went to "Advanced Configuration" in the ACP and at the bottom of the first tab, "Server Environment," there is a "Template Disk Cache Path" setting. Derp. Anyway, all set now. Thanks, and maybe this can help someone in the future. bfarber 1
