Clubs members Disable Leave option

Hi, I am using club to group customers who are suscribed some service, so in this club we need disable the Leave option for club members. The Leave action only available for moderators and leaders. Or say, only Leader or moderators can use Leave to kick out a member, member can not leave themselve.
