Modifying Default Ranks in IPS Hosted Cloud

Hi everyone, 

We're using cloud hosted solution with IPS. We've noticed listings by user profiles indicating "dabbler" "onlooker" etc. 

I see where to setup ranks, but I am wondering - is that the same thing? Wondering why I don't see any of these pre-defined ranks in my panel already.

Those are not default ranks. And it could be two different rank items. Reputation or post rank or even group. I would need to see a screenshot.
