Footer problem IPS 4.5.3

Use plugin for background image (backstretch image picker) - works fine, but have some problem with default IPS theme.

Will attach image for best explanation (also made support ticket).

On some skins that is no problem.

In my custom css file have this code

in my custom.css file i have this code

some help to cut (remove) footer parts (see picture)
