calendar event's allow only 1 event peer 5 min.

hello.

i want to create a evet to allow members to create a event with a minimum of 5 minuts betwin events.

so, thy cannot create 2 events in the same time.

and max of 30 events every hour.

is there a way to do it?

i have not seen any option to set or limit events to users.

only to allow or block adding a events.

and i want it to be automatecly, and not with admin approvel.

No, this is not possible out of the box.  

You could see if this could be built for you in the Customization Requests board.
