Change "Sign Up" text

I've searched through the forums, but can not seem to find where I can change the "Sign Up" button text to something else like "Join now".

Apologize in advance, as I'm sure this is easy to do - just can't find it...

Open your language to edit, and find the language string. Fill in the text you want in the blank box and get what you want
