I’m using 2 another themes as a standard , however your one I want to us as a xPro theme with top members in the future...it’s ok like it it , however when I’m adding my CCS code its not working with it ....sorry but I’m just starting with HTML and CCS so I am not an expert. 
I can send you a code that I’m using with another themes if you want to have a look ....maybe you can  figure it out something.

Depends on what walpaper you want to upload m8, you have an option in acp to upload.

They have a before class, down to selected a href.

Delete the paragraph or type display:none; under the transition.And you can modify the language in html & css -> sidebar
