Table ip_core_sessions marked as crashed - error EX145

Hello,

this morning my website is showing the following 500 error:

Table './stampadflh123456/ip_core_sessions' is marked as crashed and should be repaired

I was able to login to the admin page, i have a EX145 error.

I don't know how does it happened, but I also don't know how to fix it. Anyone is able to help me?

Solved repairing the table.

You may wish to look into converting your tables to InnoDB. You wouldn't face this issue, but you would want to ensure your hosting is optimized for InnoDB tables first.
