[PAID WORK] Chat Box with "Super Chat" donation feature

Hi there,

Looking for a trusted developer to build a chatbox similar to the simple IPS chat boxes we have seen produced, but with one catch: This chat will be placed along side live streaming video (not part of the project) and we would like our members to have the ability to do something similar to YouTube's "Super Chat" feature. The feature would using the existing e-commerce functionality of IPS to allow users to post a "super chat" in the chat room, in exchange for a donation ranging from $2 and up. Their chat message would appear in a different color and the amount of characters they can post would be dependent on the size of the donation.

Happy to discuss more in detail what is required, as well as discuss compensation for this project.
