Disable being able to view what staff are viewing

Is there a way to disable the option that shows what an Admin is viewing?

You can enable "Force anonymous logins" for the staff member groups. But that would also mean they don't show up as being online at all.

I am not aware of any plugins in the marketplace that would achieve exactly what you're looking for.
