Cancel all notifications to email for user

Hello,

Is it possible to cancel all notifications to email for certain user(s)? The problem is that in our community are users with inactive email addresses (receiver host returns emails because of unknown user or inactive account).

So this would be great to cancel all subscriptions to topics and other notifications to email for that users.

I knot that i can change settings for particular user for notifications " Method to use for content I follow automatically " and set it to not receive notifications but there is warning that "Changing this option will not affect existing followed content." but it is needed to change it. Is it possible?

EDIT: you can also edit the notifications preference to change from email to inline for the user in same screen (ACP profile).
