subscription conversion tracking

Hi guys

I am looking to add small snippets of code that will help me create tracking reports on membership conversions. I was wondering if anyone can tell me where i can find the template code for the thank you page after someone subscribes? or any ideas how i can place a snippit to track the successful subscription payment?
