When I try to add it to the card from the store page I get "You are only allowed to purchase one of this product, and you have already done so. " It looks like they have an expired invoice from June 12. I am guessing that their credit card numbers changed, invoice expired without being renewed, and now they are blocked from purchasing the item with a new CC.
