Need freelance on IpBoard (theme, plugins)

Hello, 

I am owner of forum.frandroid.com, a French forum about Android.

In the past, we heavily invest on the customization of ipboard. Now, I don't have anymore the time nor the knowledge to upgrade our theme to the newest IPboard versions.

I am looking for freelance work (paid obviously) to upgrade our theme and maybe realize different development (correcting our bugging plugins) or admin work (moving "heavy" database).
