Harry Reardon Posted August 3, 2019 Posted August 3, 2019 Hi, I've noticed that i cant post or create anything as the text/content box doesn't appear as seen in the image below, i've tried a few things one being disabling all 3rd party applications and plugins, and reverting back to the standard theme however nothing seems to work, i have checked the permissions and can't see anything wrong. I only purchased this the other day. I have created a support ticket however i have heard back as of yet.
Joel R Posted August 4, 2019 Posted August 4, 2019 After you've disabled all third party apps and plugins and reverted theme, did you run the support tool to clear the cache? Support tickets are delayed over the weekend.
