Parse links in Activity View and Status Updates widget.

It would be nice if links were processed in the activity view as well as the Status Updates widget.  I see other type of content is processed for the activity view, but not links for some reason.  And for Status Updates shown in the widget, sure would be nice if they were clickable as well.  🙂
