Genome Posted May 25, 2019 Posted May 25, 2019 Hi Folks, I am trying to setup support forum where when a user creates a topic only he can read the reply by the administrator i.e. no other user can read the reply or open the thread. The objective is to avoid a separate ticketing engine. Your advice and guidance may really help.

Forums - Forums - Category/Forum - edit - Forum settings scroll to bottom. turn this off and should do what you need.
