Wayne B Posted May 23, 2019 Posted May 23, 2019 Hi When trying to renew a product in the marketplace I get to the screen where it asks me to select the number of years, on hitting Save it generates an EX0 error Something Went Wrong so I can't renew anything. Ryan Ashbrook Posted May 23, 2019 Posted May 23, 2019 Hi, For future reference, it's usually best to submit a ticket via the Client Area, even if it's affecting our site, to get noticed faster. I only saw this because it was pointed out to me. 🙂 I've pushed a change which should resolve this for now, while we investigate the full cause, so feel free to try again in a few minutes.
