Template tags for embedding privacy policy, guidelines

I'm doing a help section using Pages on one of my sites. One part of it will be:

Policies
- Guidelines
- Privacy
- ...

Rather than have to paste in the content of my guidelines and privacy policy and then have to manually update the record, I thought it would be easier to use some sort of tag.

My limited knowledge of PHP and a bit of familiarity with IC are suggesting to me that file_get_contents('{setting="base_url"}app=core&module=system&controller=privacy') might be a good start but I'm afraid that I'm a bit lost from there. What would the record need to have as its content in order to embed the content of the /privacy into it?
