icon at the beginning of a post with link to an image

In one of my posts this icon appears at the beginning,

and links to an image in the post.

When edit does not appear the icon and in HTML code either, but when saving it remains. 😳

For now, it only apear sin one post.

SOLVED. It was a "bad" link to a image in the message. Modifying links and attachments was fixed.
